1. I love to run and I survived the Moab 1/2 this past weekend! I surely didn't have much time to train with fixing up the house, but I ended up finishing with a better time than I thought I would. There is something about it that I love, but I am not sure what because it has taken me a couple of days just to be able to walk down the stairs.

2. I am pretty competitive. I am not sure why I am this way but Travis and I can't play monopoly together because we are both so darn competitive, and I can't usually go running with other people without trying to race, I am always looking for a good competition.

3. My favorite seasons are spring and fall... I am sure a lot of you are this way but they are always the hope for something new :)

4. I mop my floor a couple times a day. I know I am paranoid but honestly wood floors are terrible to keep clean.

5. I drive too fast. Most of my friends, well wait if you have ever drove with me you know that I love speed. I have slowed down since I have a passenger all the time, but when I am alone I just love to drive fast....

6. I love my home town. I'm not sure if I would want to live there, but I think it is beautiful and I love it's familiarity.

7. I don't drink caffine. I've stopped drinking it when I was about 12 years old and I can honestly say that I don't know what Mountain Dew tastes like.

8. The KSL Classifieds are my weakness. I love to look at KSL to see what people are selling. I have bought quiet a few things off of there, and have sold a few things also.

9. I secretly wish that I was a professional dancer. I love "So you think you can dance" I wish that I could move like those dancers and come up with such cool moves. I honestly don't have much rythm.

10. I like warm milk and sugar. I know it is weird but right after I had Easton I always had these hunger cravings right before I went to bed so Travis introduced me to Warm Milk. YUM YUM. We usually eat them in bed with ginger snaps.

Latest Happenings

Sorry for so many posts. It seems like lately our new house and the many projects that accompany it have been consuming our every free minute. It is fun learning all this new stuff on house remodels and I promise pictures of the finished product as soon as we finish the baseboard and get the doors hung :) Easton sure has been a helper. He loves ladders so we have to make sure that they are always put down or he is at the top screaming MOM MOM MOM (He's not scared he just wants me to see what he has done). Today I bought him some fake tools so he could help in all the comotion and he would only take his nap if he got to take the screw gun with him. He sure is a hand full, but he is the best bug killer I have found. He follows the box elder bugs around and smashes them with his finger and then laughs. What do you do?

Happy Birthday DAD!

This year the "young man" was on a cruise so we didn't have a party for him "Yet" anyways so I would like to wish him Happy Birthday! He definately is an example to all of us kids. He has always been and is such a hard worker in everything that he does. He shares his love of the Jazz with the grandkids. Thanks Dad for all you do and for being you!

Is it suppose to snow like this in March?

This is the scene in our back yard. It snowed 25" here in Hyrum, crazy! The day it snowed I got up at 6:30am to scrap the driveway, then again at 10am, then again at 2pm, and then Travis did at 5pm, and then the next day again. Wow I can't wait for spring, but the sight sure is pretty from our living room of the Wellsvilles all covered in snow.

Trip to Salina!

Recently Easton and I traveled to Salina for a funeral, the weather down there one day was 67 degrees. It was so nice we had a BBQ and all the kids played outside. Ryan and I cut out early for a run up the canyon. No matter where I go running or when, my favorite run is from my parents house in Salina up past the park at sunset. It is where I started running and it is fun to take in all the sights and see how things have changed. It is funny that I remember certain smells but I do I remember how certain bushes smell as I run by and where the cold spots are in the fields. If you don't run I challenge you to take it up and without headphones once in a while. It rejuvenates me especially when I do it in familiar places :)

Ash's Bridal Shower!!!
